Who we are

FullStream is a software platform for running an IPTV panel on the customer's own servers. Each account has its main server (the Manager), and that is where the account's operational data lives. FullStream does not provide, sell or host channels, lists or any streaming content.

Data we process

• Platform account: email and password (authentication), subscription and invoice data.
• Panel operation: resellers, customers, plans, servers and settings added by the account owner. This data stays on the account's own Manager, not on FullStream servers.
• Technical logs: IP address, access times and errors, used for security and to keep the service running.

Connected Google Drive accounts

The account owner can connect one or more Google Drive accounts to use as storage. When connecting, FullStream only requests the drive.file permission, which grants access only to files and folders FullStream itself creates in the account (the “FullStream” folder and its subfolders) or that the owner explicitly picks. FullStream does not read, list or change any other file in the Drive.

• What is used: the Google account's email and name (to identify it on screen), used space and storage limit, and the files inside the FullStream folders.
• What for: exclusively to store and deliver content the account owner uploaded (24-hour channels, movies, series and fallback videos) and to show each account's usage in the panel.
• Where it's kept: access tokens are stored on the account's Manager, the customer's own server. They are not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.
• How to remove: the account can be disconnected at any time in the panel (Servers → Google Drive → Remove), which revokes access at Google. You can also revoke it directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files in the Drive remain the Google account owner's.

FullStream's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We don't sell data. We only share what's necessary with the providers that make the service work: hosting, authentication, payment processing (Mercado Pago) and, when the account owner turns these integrations on, Google Drive, WhatsApp and OpenAI.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, under Brazil's LGPD, through the panel's support channel. When the account is canceled, platform data is deleted; data on the Manager stays on the customer's own server, under their control.
