P2P and built-in activation with FullPlayer
FullStream talks directly to FullPlayer, the IPTV player for Smart TVs. They recognize each other on their own: no plugin to install and nothing to configure on the server.
P2P between viewers
At sign-in, the app recognizes the FullStream server and enables P2P. Viewers of the same channel exchange video chunks with each other, and your node delivers less: the same server handles a bigger audience.
Activation inside the panel
The TV shows a 10-digit code, the reseller types it on the customer's page and that's it: the app signs in with the line's username and password. No other panel to open.

The automatic WhatsApp assistant sends the customer the step-by-step FullPlayer installation guide.

Each reseller connects their own Mercado Pago. Customers renew through a payment link and the money goes to whoever made the sale.

24-hour channel
Drop .mp4 files into a folder on the storage server and they become a looping live channel.
Movies and series
By direct link or uploaded to your storage server, with poster and synopsis pulled from TMDB.
Verified sources
The nodes themselves test every source, read the resolution and split FHD, HD and SD versions in the customer's list.
GPU transcoding
Optional: a node with an NVIDIA card re-encodes the channels you choose, while the rest of the fleet never touches the video.
DVB-C tuner
A node with a tuner card reads cable TV straight on the machine, with no extra software, and delivers the channels like any other source.
Newcamd CAM
For encrypted channels, register your own Newcamd server: the node decrypts on the machine itself, with no external softcam.
Google Drive as storage
Connect Google accounts and keep movies, series and 24-hour channels on Drive. Your own fleet is always what delivers to the player.
Source that only works with a residential IP? Pin the source to a node with residential internet, and the rest of the fleet pulls the channel through it.

Create your account
Just email and password. The FullStream account stores your login, your Manager's address and the subscription, nothing else.

Point to a VPS
A clean Ubuntu or Debian VPS from any provider. You enter the IP and root password, and the panel installs the Manager over SSH. The password isn't stored.

Set up and sell
Import your M3U list, organize packages, add nodes and create resellers. Your customers use the apps they already know.

How billing works

Choose the plan
Based on how many servers you need today. The Manager counts as one. Customers and resellers don't count.
- 02
Growing? Add servers
On Pro, each extra server is unlocked right away and you only pay for the days left until the cycle closes. Past 12 servers? Unlimited is cheaper.
- 03
Pay however you like
The monthly invoice arrives a week before the cycle closes and you pay by PIX, boleto or card through Mercado Pago.
Example: your cycle closes in 3 days and you unlock one more server. Today you only pay for those 3 days. From the closing date on, the server is billed at full price in the monthly fee.

FAQ
Before you start
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days on the Pro plan, with the Manager and 4 delivery servers, free and with no card. The days only start counting once the Manager finishes installing. One trial per account and per phone number. If you subscribe during the trial, the first month starts when it ends, so you don't lose a single day.
Does FullStream come with channels or a list?
No. FullStream is only the platform: it doesn't provide, sell or recommend channels, M3U lists, movies, series or streaming sources. All content is added by you, on your server, and you are responsible for having the rights to distribute it.
How does P2P work with FullPlayer?
At sign-in, FullPlayer recognizes the server is FullStream and enables P2P in the app settings. Viewers of the same channel exchange video chunks with each other, and your node delivers only part of it. People using another app keep watching normally, straight from the node.
Do I need a server?
Yes. The Manager runs on your own VPS (Ubuntu or Debian), and the delivery nodes are your servers too. FullStream installs and updates everything from the panel, but the machine is yours.
Where is my data stored?
Channels, customers, resellers, balance and history live in the Manager's database, on your VPS. The FullStream account only knows your email, the Manager's address and the subscription status.
Does FullStream receive my customers' payments?
No. Each reseller connects their own Mercado Pago account, and each one is paid by the customer or sub-reseller right below them. There is no central account.
Does it work with the apps my customers already use?
Yes. FullStream speaks the Xtream Codes API and serves M3U lists and XMLTV program guides, so apps like XCIPTV, IPTV Smarters and TiviMate sign in with username and password. Channels go out as .m3u8 or .ts, whichever the app requests.
Which sources can I add?
Live channels in HLS (.m3u8) or MPEG-TS (.ts) over HTTP or HTTPS, YouTube streams and .mp4 files for the 24-hour channel, plus the DVB-C tuner of your own server. RTMP, RTSP and UDP are not accepted.
What if the source only works with a residential IP?
You pin the source to one or more nodes with residential internet, and the rest of the fleet pulls the channel through them. The original URL is never sent to the other servers.
